Buyer’s Right to Cancel
Subject to “Cancellation Policy” below, you have a right to cancel your enrollment and receive a refund by providing written notice to: service@coactive.com. You do not have the right to cancel by not attending a program you are registered for.
CTI’s Right to Cancel
In rare cases, CTI may choose to cancel/reschedule courses at its discretion. CTI will not be responsible for costs that may be incurred by students as a result of such cancellations or rescheduling.
Right of Refusal
CTI reserves the right to refuse a student participation in courses and/or programs. In addition, upon the recommendation of both CTI Course Leaders, CTI reserves the right to remove from a retreat a student who is negatively impacting other students and /or the learning environment.
Privacy Policy
CTI will obtain your personal and demographic information in order to secure your registration and to comply with applicable legal requirements. To register for a course, you must provide contact information (e.g. name, email and mailing address) and financial information (e.g. credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for government reporting, billing purposes and to fulfill your registration needs. CTI will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, except as required by law and outlined herein. We do share Names, City, State, Zip, Phone Numbers, and Emails via a Course Roster supplied to your Course Leaders. It is strictly not permitted to solicit other students in your course for personal marketing or solicitation of any kind.
COACH TRAINING COURSES POLICIES
All course registrations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), ACH, and wire transfer. Your full balance for the course is due prior to attending the course. CTI will notify you if an automatic charge to your credit card is not approved.
Timing for Completion
All your Courses must be completed within two years of the date of your registration for a Course or Package. If you do not complete your courses within the two year window, you will forfeit the $250 registration fee and future attendance will be subject to current course pricing.
A participant missing more than one (1) hour of the course will be required to reschedule in order to get credit. The fee to reschedule is $175.
Venue Policies
CTI is not responsible for any hotel fees, rates are not guaranteed, and rates are subject to change. If you plan to drive to the venue, you are responsible for any parking fees.

Non-refundable Registration Fee: $250
Cancellation Policy for 2025: Prior to 24 hours of the course start date, students can request a cancellation of a course - CTI will retain the non-refundable $250 registration fee. If a student requests a cancellation after 24 hours prior to the course start and does not wish to transfer, the student will lose the entirety of the registration and course fee.
Transfer Policy: Prior to 21 days of the course start date, a student may transfer courses at no charge as many times as they like. Within 21 days prior to a course start date, the student will be charged a transfer fee of $175.
Intermediate Bundle Online and In-Person:
Non-refundable Registration Fee: $250 per course ($1000 for the entire bundle)
Cancellation Policy for 2025: Prior to 24 hours of the course start date, students can request a cancellation of a course - CTI will retain the non-refundable $250 registration fee for each course being cancelled and the student will receive a refund for the remainder of the course fee in the bundle. If a student requests a cancellation after 24 hours prior to the course start and does not wish to transfer, the student will lose the entirety of the course fee for the course being cancelled within 24 hours and CTI will retain the $250 non-refundable registration fee for each of the remaining courses in the bundle being cancelled.

Co-Active Leadership Workshop:

CERTIFICATION PROGRAM POLICIES
You will be eligible to register for Certification when you have registered for Synergy. You must begin your Certification Program within 12 months of completing your Synergy course. Your Certified Professional Co-Active Coach’s name, is due no later than the 1st of the month prior to the chosen month to begin the Program (e.g. no later than May 1 for a June start). Your selected start date is not confirmed until you have selected a Pod date, and received a confirmation email.
Transfers, Cancellations, Fees :
Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $650
Cancellation Policy for 2025: Prior to 15 days of the first of the month, of the Pod start date, students can request a cancellation - CTI will retain the non-refundable $650 registration fee and the student will receive a refund for the remainder of the Certification Program fee. If a student requests a cancellation within 15 days of the Pod start date, the student will lose 50% of the Program fee. If the student cancels 7 days prior to the Program start date, the student will lose the entirety of the Program fee.
Transfer Policy: You may transfer from one start month to another one time without penalty, provided the request is made at least 60 days prior to your selected start month. Any transfer requested prior to 15 days of the Pod start date will be charged a $175 transfer fee. Transfers within 15 days of the Pod start date will be charged the $650 non-refundable fee.

Pricing
Price includes: All tuition, meals, residential fees, program materials and inter-session conference lines Price does not include: Any hotel expense that may be incurred before retreat commencement or after retreat completion. You are also responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the retreat center for each of the four retreats. Prices are listed and transacted in USD.
Payment Methods:
We accept payment in the following ways:
- VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit card. USD Credit Card Transactions are directly processed via CTI. Exchange rate is determined by your financial institution on date of transaction. CTI is not responsible for any currency fluctuations or transaction fees charged by your financial institution.
Optional Installment Plan:
If you choose not to pay for the program in full, we offer an installment plan via Klarna, which can be accessed on the website.
Release of Liability:
CTI reserves the right to refuse a student participation in courses and/or programs. In addition, upon the recommendation of both CTI Course Leaders, CTI reserves the right to remove from a retreat a student who is negatively impacting other students and /or the learning environment. The student understands that CTI’s Leadership Program requires participation in activities that require physical exertion and challenges. The student agrees to advise CTI in advance of any physical considerations or medical conditions he or she may have and agrees to release CTI from any liability arising out of such activities.
Transfers, Cancellations, Fees :
Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $1,980
Cancellation Policy: If a student cancels before the first R1 Retreat, CTI will retain the $1,980 non-refundable registration fee. If a student cancels after attending any portion of the Leadership Program, they will lose the entirety of the course fee.
Transfer Policy: Prior to 30 days of the program start, students may request a transfer into another program starting within 6 months of the program they are enrolled in one time at no charge. Any additional transfer requests prior to 30 days of the program start will be charged a $500 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed within 21 days of the program start. Transfers are not allowed between groups - exceptions can be made ONLY in the case of severe illness or death.
