Co-Active Leadership Program

The 10-month Co-Active Leadership Program is for learners ready to uncover and unleash their unique impact on others. This immersive and relevant experience has produced competent and purposeful leaders for over twenty years. Students learn and grow together as a cohort through engaging coaching calls, practice assignments, and four dynamic residential retreats with locations in both North America and Europe. Gain clarity and conquer limitations through adventure-based activities, vulnerable and spirited dialogue, interactive exercises, and challenges that expand your comfort zone.
