Co-Active Fundamentals is the introduction to the Co-Active Model and a prerequisite to the Intermediate Co-Active Coach Training series. This course provides the foundation for coaching and leadership, with hands-on training and a focus on experiential participation. You will experience the powerful tools and communication techniques of Co-Active and have numerous opportunities to coach and receive feedback on your newly acquired skills.
There is no prerequisite to participate in this course. It can be taken stand-alone and is recommend to anyone seeking practical systems for managing relationships with others, or interested in using coaching skills in their current profession, even if your goal is not to become a professional coach.
